Чтобы создать сводную таблицу, которая отображает данные за последние 7 дней (или, в более общем смысле, за последние n дней), вы можете добавить вспомогательный столбец к исходным данным с формулой для отметки записей за последние 7 дней, а затем использовать вспомогательный столбец столбец для фильтрации данных в сводной таблице. В показанном примере текущая дата - 16 августа 2019 г., а в сводной таблице показаны семь дней назад.

Поля

В показанной сводной таблице используются четыре поля: Дата, Местоположение, Продажи и Фильтр. Расположение - это поле столбца, дата - это поле строки, продажи - это поле значения, а фильтр (вспомогательный столбец) - это поле фильтра, как показано ниже:

Формула

Формула, использованная в E5, скопированная ниже:

=AND(B5>=(TODAY()-7),B5

This formula returns TRUE when a record date is greater than or equal to today's date - 7, and also less than today's date.

  1. Add helper column with formula to data as shown
